The Lozenitsa Estate project marked its beginning in 2018 with the purchase of several small vineyards in the villages of Lozenitza and Vinogradi. Currently, the plantations are over 500 dka located around the village of Lozenitza, and the choice is not accidental, because the region is known for its winemaking traditions. Typical for the region are grown Shiroka Melnishka loza, Melnik 55, Melnishki Rubin, Mavrud, Ruen, Melnik 1300, Sandanski Misket, Tamyanka, but also international varieties such as Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The climate is transitional Mediterranean. The average annual temperature in Sandanski is about 14ºC and the average relative humidity is the lowest in the country - 66%. The mild and dry climate and the proximity of the White Sea are conducive to the cultivation of vineyards that produce grapes with excellent characteristics.
Soon to be built in harmony with the surrounding nature and the beauty of the 7 mountains, the materials used for the building will be 90% natural, such as stone, wood and clay.
